Many people took to Twitter to react to the odd segment on the BBC reality contest
Viewers of The Traitors were left "terrified" on Wednesday night after a scene filmed showed a church full of people wearing gold masks.
But one of tonight's tasks left those at home with cushions covering their eyes - and contestants of the latest BBC reality TV game show were equally as shaken. A third said: "I actually have the cushion over my face. F*** this I'm turning it off." Someone else tweeted: "Ffs. Why Traitors. Why!!!" The show features 22 contestants and it has been announced that it'll be shown in American next year, and hosted by Alan Cumming.
