Senegal is in the same time zone as the UK, so holidays here are jet lag-free. Tui’s weekly flights take off at 10.55am and land at 5pm, meaning you can be at your hotel in a Petite Côte beach resort such as Saly or Pointe Sarène by your regular dinner time.
