The method has gone viral curiously

Having clear skin and a bright complexion is the goal many people strive for and make-up wearers dream of. People are obsessed with finding and creating the ultimate skincare regime that suits their skin.

Cleansing sets the stage for the rest of your regime and it is particularly important to repeat this step at night time, to ensure your face is fully clean and prepped. This is done so the first cleanse removes whatever is initially on the skin such as make-up, SPF, oil and dirt, and the second cleanse is to just focus on getting the skin clean and prepped.According to TikTok skincare and beauty expert @thatsotee, the first cleanser you use is an oil based one followed by a water based cleanser.

She then advises that you foam up your water based cleanser and gently cleanse your face for 30-45 seconds for each cleanser, not forgetting to cleanse around your hairline and rinsing with lukewarm water each time.
