A Scottish hotel with 'amazing' views of a tranquil loch is currently available to book for less than half price, perfect for a weekend countryside getaway this autumn.
Anyone looking for a weekend getaway in the Scottish countryside can book an overnight stay in a hotel overlooking a gorgeous loch for less than £60.
All of the rooms at the hotel come equipped with a flatscreen TV, a "modern" en-suite, and free Wi-Fi. Located just a stone's throw from the edge of Loch Long, you can also upgrade to a room overlooking the spectacular body of water from just £15. One visitor wrote: "I think the hotel needs a bit of TLC but it’s a great hotel with a marvellous view of the loch, the scenery is amazing. Breakfast is varied and we really enjoyed it, as much as you want and really well cooked.
This week's top Scotland Now stories "However, we stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed it with our dogs. First thing we noticed when we parked up was the views of the loch and the mountains."
