The transfer deadline has passed in England leaving the Australia international stuck on the Leicester fringes.
Leicester City outcast Harry Souttar will not be joining Rangers after the English transfer deadline passed.
However, with the deadline now passing it appears that Souttar will have to fight for his place in the English Championship rather than reunite with brother John in the Ibrox backline. The Leicester Mercury report that the chase to land the 24-year-old was dealt a blow after Rangers were knocked out of the Champions League by PSV Eindhoven and missed out on the group stage jackpot.
