Constitutional court’s ruling in case against three protest leaders is denounced as ‘judicial coup’
, 23, Arnon Nampa, 37, and Panupong Jadnok, 24 – said such demands were an “abuse of the rights and freedoms and harmed the state’s security” and ordered an end to them., which states that anyone who “defames, insults or threatens the king, queen, heir apparent or regent” can face between three and 15 years in prison. The protesters had also called for that law to be scrapped.
