The Watford Observer reported yesterday how Barrio in the Parade shut last month just nine months after it opened. Sarah Willingham, chief executive of owners Nightcap plc, has since confirmed the Latin-inspired bar is closed for the summer and the company"look forward to updating everyone on what's next for the location."
