Lancashire is a place where people are proud of their traditions, and this includes, of course, traditional food.
Butter pies, rag pudding, John Bull and whinberry pies are all part of the list of things you may associate with traditional Lancashire food. We want to know which dish from the county is your favourite and where is the best place to get it. Last week, our reporter Susan Newton tried whinberry pie, and our readers shared hundreds of lovely memories over on our Facebook page, of picking the Lancashire berries and of getting their whinberry pie fix. It brought a smile to many readers' faces and offered a welcome opportunity for many to reminisce. We'd like to extend that here and ask our readers to share what is their favourite Lancashire food, where is the best place to get it from and to share their memories too.
