It's British Pie Week - which means it's time to celebrate the great northern institution that is the pie.
British Pie Week is always the first week in March, which this year falls between Monday, March 6, through to Sunday, March 12. The British Pie Awards also lands centre of the week, with judging taking place on March 8, with the winners to be announced a couple of days later on March 10.
