A teenager in Massachusetts was charged with attempted murder after a racist attack at a scenic Cape Cod pond, prosecutors said.
The teenage attempted murder was already ‘known to the court,’ Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois said. According to prosecutors, shortly after arriving at the pond, the attacker picked up a stone, threatened the victim, and shouted a racial slur at him.
