Clinton Smith’s talk will include the impact of the more recent Windrush scandal on those who were vulnerable, despite having lived in Preston all their lives.A spokesperson for PHS said: “The community has shown determination and resilience and has made a positive contribution to the social, political, and economic development in and beyond Preston.”
Preston’s Caribbean Community: Including the Pain of Enduring the Windrush takes place on Monday 2 October at Central Methodist Church in Lune Street.Read more
