Supermarket second cheapest behind Lidl for third week in row - and it's not Aldi

A supermarket that recently became cheaper than Aldi for these budget basics has pipped the retailer once again.

That's despite it putting the price of its tea bags up by 10p a pack, along with Tesco, as part of their Aldi price match schemes. Lidl has now been the cheapest consistently since the end of January, and retains that position this week with a bill of £11.68.
