'Wow just wow. I honestly have no words for British Airways.'
Sue Radford has blasted British Airways after their luggage still hasn't arrived in New York four days after arriving in 'The Big Apple'.
As they sat in the airport lounge watching the England match, they almost missed their connecting flight. But having made a dash to the gate they were there and relaxing... but not for long.As they touched down in New York, Sue and the girls waited for their bags to come round the conveyer belt, only to find they were still in Heathrow. But four days on, Sue has taken to her Instagram stories to complain about British Airways.
She said: "Wow just wow honestly I have no words for British Airways. Our suitcases all four of them are still in London and after reading your messages about the airline and saying you've had the same thing happen and some of you even saying you didn't get your bags for six month.LancsLive has contacted British Airways for a comment.
