This place looks great!
A stylish new Indian fusion restaurant and cocktail bar has opened in the west end promising a range of exciting dishes and mixed drinks.
Situated between popular pasta purveyors Eusebi’s and iconic west-end bar, The Doublet, the new restaurant and bar will see brothers Bubbles and Rahul Randev offering a menu that combines authentic Indian cooking, spices and methods, with a unique and refreshing fusion of various international influences.
When it comes to cocktails, expect unusual spice-infused offerings such as The Chaitini, which includes Walla Liqueur Ketel One, Espresso and Sugar, or a twist on a classic with the Patola Paloma that includes Olmeca Silver, Green Tabasco, pink grapefruit, rose lemonade, fresh lime and sugar. "We think by marrying all of these elements together we have created something quite special with The Marigold Cafe and so far the feedback has been extremely encouraging."
