Comments from the judges left Strictly star Adam Thomas in tears, as he revealed in a candid Instagram post
Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has taken to Instagram to share with his fans that he has been struggling and even had a 'full on anxiety attack'. Speaking from rehearsals, the 35-year-old said: "This is the bit I hate the most".
"I go into panic mode so Luba has gone in next door to get some of the dance students who are training next door to watch the dance, just to help me get over my nerves." Filming the dance students marching in, Adam playfully yelled 'help me'.The star continued: "I'm having a full-on anxiety attack already. Don't know what it is, man.
The cruel diagnosis has impacted his mental health and on occasion has made him struggle to get out of bed. He revealed his trauma to The Mirror this month, explaining: “I’ve not talked about this before but no-one really knows the pain I’ve been going through. "The pain was such that I couldn’t even walk down stairs and I could just stay in bed all day because it can be quite severe. I could have good days and bad days, but on the bad days, it was really, really bad.”
