Ola and husband James lost a combined weight of 6.5 stone last year after they confessed to piling on the pounds in the pandemic and struggling with the motivation to dance. With the help of their fitness website Dance Shred, they overhauled their lives and Ola said she felt like she had 'lost a whole person' after slimming down.
