Strictly Come Dancing's Tony Adams reveals 'home truths' backstage talk Katya Jones gave him before routine
"It's really difficult! Mondays and Tuesdays are my horrific days, you know? She literally every week, puts my feet in place and says, 'Look, this is the cha cha'!"
"I figured something out last week, and this week, it's confirmed," Katya added."So last week, I said, 'Can you talk me through your thoughts when you do this step?' And taking it into consideration, I've told him what to think on every step." Katya explained that she's advised Tony that it's important to clear his mind from"inner dialogue" while rehearsing, saying:"So he is not allowed to talk to himself... he's only allowed to listen to me, and my voice!
