Loose Women's Stacey Solomon has admitted to being "addicted" to the gym, as she impressed fans with her latest training video. In recent months Stacey has been working out in her home gym in a bid to get fitter.
On her Instagram stories, Stacey wrote: "Lots of you asking for gym updates... I've been going almost every day.View gallery "At this point, I'm a little addicted. I don't want to stop and lose how hard I've worked! At the top of her video, Stacey had written the words 'gym time' before saying: "with the best cheerleader ever" with a crying emoji. The mum of five was referring to Rex who could be heard shouting support for his mum as she worked out.
