Stacey Solomon has said her "heart is aching" for her sons as an "old era" comes to an end. In a touching message to two of her sons the TV presenter told them to be themselves as they embarked on their "new adventure".
In the post, she said: "Time is a thief. And just like that a whole new adventure begins, and an old era ends… "My darling boys, as you go out into a whole new world, primary and secondary school, I hope you remember that you are strong, kind, intelligent, caring, young men with all of the love here at home you will ever need. Be yourselves, don’t change for anyone.
Fans of Solomon were quick to take to the comments section to wish the family well. Rachael Collins said: "They look so smart. Growing up fast x."
