Stacey Solomon has reassured her fans after they left concerned comments following an embarrassing - and very painful - blunder at the gym earlier this week. On Wednesday, the reality TV star took to Instagram to share a mortifying story with her followers about how she had accidentally flashed her bum in the gym after falling off a treadmill.
"I love you all so much," she started off her update by saying. "Thanks for worrying about my knees. I mean they've seen better days to be honest with you, they don't look great, but it's probably my pride that hurts more than my knees at this point." The mum-of-five was seen putting her head into her hands as she recalled the embarrassing story to her followers earlier this week, admitting that sharing it out loud was "worse than experiencing it in real life".
