Annabel Croft is the 14th celebrity contestant confirmed for Strictly Come Dancing 2023
Annabel Croft has been announced as the 13th celebrity contestant hoping to take home the glitterball trophy in the brand new series of Strictly Come Dancing - which will be kicking off in just a few weeks' time.
Outside of her tennis career, Annabel has fronted entertainment shows including Treasure Hunt and Inceptor and has enjoyed a long-lasting broadcast career covering all the major tennis events worldwide. And another added: "I have no words to say how excited I am for this. She lost her husband recently, she absolutely smashed it at Wimbledon presenting this year and now on Strictly.
At the time, she announced the tragic news with a statement, which read: "My beloved husband Mel passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning after a short battle with cancer. My family and I are completely heartbroken and ask for privacy at this very sad time."
