The Spitfire Visitor Centre based at Blackpool are providing the aircraft Pic: Andy Bell/Hangar 42 A commemoration of the Battle of Britain will take place
A service led by Reverend David Dickinson is to take place at the Cenotaph with hymns and the National Anthem.There will be a Spitfire model supplied by Hangar 42 on the Flag Market throughout the day on Saturday 9 September.
A trailer stage will be positioned by the Obelisk, facing the Cenotaph, and the RAF band will be performing.
