Drug smugglers used crates of oranges to ship £24m worth of cocaine from Colombia to the UK.
Drug smugglers managed to get a huge quantity of cocaine into the country by hiding it in orange crates and animal feed.
Police discovered the massive supply of class A drugs after tracing some of it from Columbia to a farm in Somerset.Almost 190 kilos of cocaine were found in containers near Bridgwater wrapped in neat packages and disguised as food for livestock.In the process, they discovered 49 kilos of cocaine hidden in boxes of oranges which investigators believe came from South Africa via the Port of Felixstowe.
Three other men from West London, aged 31, 51 and 60, have been released while the investigation continues.
