Often cheesecake recipes are indulgent and consist of high fat and calorie count - not good if you're looking to lose weight. However, Instagram foodie Cakeontherun has come up with a recipe Slimming World fans can enjoy.
The alternative take on the traditional pudding is low in fat, calories and high in fibre. One fan described the recipe as "genius", reports SurreyLive.Full fat soft cheese, double cream and sugar is swapped for yoghurt, while digestive biscuits and melted butter are swapped out in favour of oats for a healthier base.
Made and served in a bowl or container, it can be made the day before and conveniently taken on the go if you are busy. Plus, it may look like a dreamy dessert, but it's perfectly suitable for a nutritious breakfast.Make it dairy free - use margarine made with sunflower oil instead of milk. Plus, use soya, almond or coconut yoghurt.
