Healthy food Instagrammer Cakeontherun shared the instructions on how to make her mini pizzas which will remind you of a comforting take-out snuggled up at home, reports SurreyLive. The recipe is lower in fat and calories than your typical takeaway pizza.
The snacks can be customised however you wish and even made vegan if you lead a plant based diet. Plus, they will be quicker to make than waiting for your delivery to arrive.Cakeontherun's simple recipe requires just yoghurt and flour for the base, and tomato and low-fat cheese for the topping. As it makes two mini pizzas, plus she suggests serving it alongside a fresh side salad to help keep you on track.
She said cheese can go a long way if you choose strong cheddar rather than a milder variety, and she recommends sprinkling it too rather than using big chunks.
