Revealed during the Silent Hill Transmission, Silent Hill Townfall is in development at Scottish studio NoCode, and will be published by“I remember playing the original Silent Hill on PS1 back in 1999, and became a fan from that moment on,” said NoCode creative director Jon McKellan. “It’s a real honour for us to bring a new title to this series that both respects the source material but also does something a little bit different with it.”NoCode has previously developed Stories Untold and Observation.
While no gameplay was shown, some images were quickly flashed during the presentation, which may allude to the game being a first-person project.“Until then, it might be worth watching that trailer again and see what you might have missed.” Today’s Silent Hill showcase was also used to announce several other projects.
