A FATAL Accident Inquiry will be held into the death of a woman who was stabbed by her boyfriend just hours after he was released from hospital.
Kennedy admitted culpable homicide due to diminished responsibility at the High Court in Glasgow in 2019 and was sent to the State Hospital at Carstairs.In a statement, Joanne's mother Louise Gallacher says she is 'pleased' the FAI is going ahead but is 'sick to her stomach' that the first hearing is scheduled on what would have been Joanne's 38th birthday.
