Christina Richards said she was "heartbroken" and there was "no way" she could find the money for the bills Vets at the border said the dog, and its three siblings, were under 15 weeks old, despite medical certificates from vets stating they were 22 weeks.the charity said it had "provided evidence" and had "proof" to show the puppies had been born on 6 March.Ms Richards said she also received photos of the puppies five months ago, on 10 March.
