Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has shared a heartbreaking tribute to her "unique" and "unforgettable" friend as he passed away aged 54.
He wrote on Instagram: "Yesterday, I lost the love of my life, my best friend and my partner of 26 years."The paramedics tried to revive him for 50 minutes, but sadly he never regained consciousness.Shortly after the news broke, Shirley took to the platform to share her tribute to her friend. "He had a unique way of making you feel special. A hug from him helped everything. Those strong Italian arms of reassurance for a woman were unforgettable."
