The strategic review of Man United was announced nine months ago and there is still no end in sight.

Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani is still awaiting a response from the Glazer family to his submission to buy Manchester United.

The Manchester Evening News reported in February Joel and Avram Glazer, the United co-chairmen, are reluctant to sell. Their siblings Bryan, Edward, Kevin and Darcie also sit on the United board. In the recent book Grit, Rigour & Humour: The Ineos Story, Ratcliffe admitted United the vested interests of six siblings has been an issue during discussions to buy the club.
