Man Utd's owners the Glazer family continue to consider offers on the table from Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani
But neither party has managed to complete a purchase, with the current owners showing little sign over the months in finalising a sale and both Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim seemingly left in the dark. with Ratcliffe saying this week that, should he acquire the club, failure is not an option.
The uncertainty - combined with other drama surrounding the club in the last few weeks - has led to United's share price fluctuating wildly, not helping the prospect of a sale any time soon.
