A senior member of staff at Glasgow City Council has been charged in connection with an alleged 'disturbance' at a soup kitchen earlier this month and will appear in court.
A Glasgow City Council worker has been charged in connection with an alleged 'disturbance' with soup kitchen volunteers.
The 52-year-old is expected to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal, reports the Daily Record. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a disturbance on Argyle Street, Glasgow, that occurred about 10pm on Friday, 11 August, 2023.
