Mathew Black chucked the television through the glass in his second floor home after having a “meltdown”.Black, 25, appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Wednesday and admitted culpable and reckless conduct.Ms Green said the woman was going to her car when she heard a “smashing noise” from above and the TV missed her “by a matter of inches”.The court heard Black was seen hanging out the second floor and the woman took photos of him.
