Bryony Duthie, 18, who suffers from chronic kidney problems, suddenly fell unwell while on holiday with her family
A Scots teenager who is fighting for her life in hospital in Spain has been put back into coma after suffering a seizure shortly after being revived. Bryony Duthie, 18, from Dundee, was put into an induced coma at a private hospital in Costa Del Sol on Sunday.
But Bryony's family say she has been put back into a coma after the teen suffered from another seizure during the procedure. "When Bryony’s boyfriend, Lewis Porter spoke to her she opened her eyes and squeezed his hand. We were all so happy with the progress made. When we went back to visit later, doctors informed me Bryony took another seizure.
Stephanie stated that doctors will attempt to revive her from the coma again tomorrow. She continued: "It looks like it is going to be a slow process and I have never felt fear or pain like this in my life. I want, actually need my beautiful girl to wake up and be okay."
