An urgent search is underway for a Scots pensioner who has gone missing as police say they becoming "increasingly concerned" for his welfare.

James Gallacher, aged 71, went missing from the Paisley area on Wednesday, July 19. He was last seen around the area of Gleniffer Court, Paisley, around 7:06pm. He is described as being 5 foot 7, medium build, black hair, wearing a black jacket, black trousers, black shoes, and a blue cap.Top news stories today Anyone with information regarding James' whereabouts is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number PS-20230719-4187.
