Jacqueline Hutchison moved into the flat on October 12 and immediately noticed there was a crack in the ceiling but says she was told it was nothing to worry about.
A former Scots nurse says she was in "living hell" after her ceiling collapsed and dumped 70kg of rubble into her new home just days after she moved in.
Jacqueline said: "When Partick Housing Association showed me the flat I loved it. However, when I arrived it was riddled with dampness and they denied everything. "I got moved out in March as they had to replace the whole of the kitchen ceiling and some of the kitchen floor because it was unsafe as well."
She said: "When I came back it hadn't been cleaned up properly. There was an inch of dust in all the cupboards.
