Ryan Thomas was sent a warning by fans following the latest social media posts which lead him to react: "Imagine the guilt!" The former Coronation Street star took to his Instagram Story on Thursday evening as he filmed his son, Roman, sorting out his toys in the garden.
He requested his dad 'get it off' as it continued to scurry around his arm while Ryan could be heard trying to tell his young son that the spider was 'his friend' and that we shouldn't hurt him.But the clips clearly freaked out his younger brother Adam, who has recently been announced in the Strictly Come Dancing 2023 line-up, who was sending his sibling private messages in response to each of the videos.
However, on Friday , Adam's concern may have been proven to be right after all as Ryan addressed his followers. In a video posted on his Instagram Story the actor, who is famed for having played Jason Grimshaw in ITV's Corrie, could be seen sitting in his car as he said: "I just wanted to clear something up.
"And I got all these messages saying, 'Be careful, this is a false widow and it can bite. It can be quite a nasty bite'. Now either hit sis false information or I need to be a little more careful when playing with spiders because I didn't have a clue that they even bite in this country. I know they do in Australia.
