🔴 The missile strike that killed two civilians in a Polish border town on Tuesday was likely a result of Ukraine’s air defences but Russia bears “ultimate responsibility”, said Nato general secretary Jens Stoltenberg.
“We have no indication that this was the result of a deliberate attack and no indication that Russia is preparing offensive military actions against Nato,” Mr Stoltenberg said on Wednesday.
