Royal Mail’s six Picasso-inspired Christmas stamps go on sale
Designed by internationally renowned “sacrocubist” artist Jorge Cocco, the 85-year-old Argentine is famous for blending sacred events in the Picasso-inspired cubist style.
Royal Mail’s Director of External Affairs & Policy, David Gold said: “For many, the launch of our annual Christmas stamps marks the start of their festive planning. “We hope that people will appreciate these beautiful illustrations of the Christmas Story, and that they will be encouraged to post their cards and parcels early this year.”Most read in The Sun
