Psyonix has announced it is removing Rocket League's player-to-player trading mechanic later this year, which will also discontinue one Xbox achievement.
According to Psyonix, player-to-player trading will be removed from Rocket League on December 5 to 'align with Epic's overall approach to game cosmetics and item shop policies, where items aren't tradable, transferrable, or sellable.' As it stands, once the feature is removed, it will discontinue one achievement and make several more Rocket League achievements much harder to unlock.
jpg The Stocked achievement, which asks you to collect 200 items, will also become more challenging to unlock as currently you can just trade items back and forth with another player to easily pop the achievement. If you are thinking about going for the completion before December 5, just be aware that to enable player-to-player trading, you will need to stump up 500 Credits to use the feature, which costs $5/£4.
