There were delays in Abbots Langley this morning after the vehicle became wedged in Gallows Hill at around 8.20am.The scene took four hours to clear
Abbots Langley councillor Sara Bedford, who had been there for two hours, said: “The lorry was wedged tight and letting down the tyres didn't free it from the bridge, three hours after the accident. “A senior manager from Lords Builders Merchants has been here the entire time and is very apologetic."
