From Friday to Friday 18 August then CityFibre are undertaking work at the top end of Lancaster Road/Ormskirk Road at Ringway to lay new cables. A ‘give and take’ restriction will be in place with the road down to one lane.The same stretch of road will then be shut completely between 4 September to 9 September as Vodafone do telcoms work to a nearby building.
Further works by CityFibre are happening in the section of North Road by the Holiday Inn, close to Carlisle Street, with a lane closure from Tuesday 15 August to Tuesday 22 August.
