Christine McCann, a self-described "menopausal Barbie" from Irvingstown, took up CrossFit at the age of 48 and now, aged 56 she has won Gold at the weightlifting World Championships in Poland.
"CrossFit has made weightlifting a very big sport at the minute and I decided to enter a few competitions this year for the craic."
