AN investigation is ongoing after a dog was found dead at a property in Linwood, the SSPCA has confirmed.
In a post accompanying disturbing images of the deceased animal circulating online, the dog was described as being"left to die" in a home "not even fit for rats". The photographs, which were taken through a broken window, show the animal on its side surrounded by piles ofMany took to social media to express outrage at the situation, which was described as “horrifying” and “traumatic".A spokesperson for the SSPCA told the Glasgow Times they could not comment as “this is an ongoing investigation.”
