A huge fire has ripped through a property in Glasgow in the early hours of the morning, sending plumes of smoke into the night sky causing "fear around this for many people".
Footage taken at the site, which was shared online, shows bright, orange flames spitting from the roof of the property. Sparks fly from the burning structure which crackles audibly, and debris falls onto the street below. "We have had a disproportionate amount of fires to residential properties and businesses. You can imagine the fear around this for many people but the community always come out to help when it is needed.
It remains unclear whether the road is now open, and the cause of the fire is not yet known, either. It is believed, however, that no one was hurt in the dramatic event.
