A new gameplay trailer for Resident Evil Village VR Mode shows the game running on PlayStation VR2.
As well as a sizeable helping of gunplay, the trailer also shows the player performing some tasks in VR, such as looking at the map, using a key and playing a piano.Subscribe to VGC on YouTube
The new VR mode allows the player to play through the game’s entire story in VR, using the VR2 Sense controlelrs to let them feel vibration, recoil and resistance. The mode is a free DLC add-on for players who already own Resident Evil Village or Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, and will be available to download on February 22, the day PlayStation VR2 is released.
The trailer also states that a demo will be available to download, for PS VR2 owners who don’t own a copy of Village. and will be priced at $549.99 / €599.99 / £529.99. For this, players get the PS VR2 headset, the PS VR2 Sense controllers and stereo headphones.
