The council is encouraging the establishment to 'mind its manners' in terms of local residents
said: "A number of roads in the Newtownbutler area which were closed following the discovery of a suspicious object earlier today have now re-opened. The object was examined and determined to be nothing untoward."
In relation to the incident in Portadown, the suspicious object was also examined and declared as nothing untoward. Inspector Mills added: "The item has now been taken away and I would like to thank local people for their patience while we worked to ensure their safety."
