Footage of the pro-anarchy punk band could go for upwards of £20,000
Pistols will get a rare chance to own film footage of their historic concerts from 1976 as they go up for auction later this month.’s Free Trade Hall in June and July 1976.
Although the attendance was small at around 40 people, among those were Joy Division and New Order’s co-founder Peter Hook who was said to have bought a bass guitar after the show as well as Anthony Wilson, who was supposedly inspired to start the independent record label Factory Records after the gig.
