Police received reports of an incident at around 4.10am on Monday, August 7. Upon attending the scene, they discovered a Range Rover crashed into a building on Gradwell Street, resulting in significant damage to the property.

The car was removed from the scene and police investigations into the incident are ongoing, the Liverpool Echo reports.A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "We were called at just after 4.10am today following reports a Range Rover had been in collision with a building on Gradwell Street in Liverpool city centre. The occupants of the vehicle made off prior to emergency services arriving.
