Pupils from Houston Primary School in Johnstone were taught how to deal with bumps, burns, scrapes and bleeding in workshops run by Savlon in partnership with Mini First Aid.
Mini First Aid was founded in 2014 by mum-of-six Kate Ball in response to the lack of first aid courses aimed at children. The award-winning courses have been prepared with help from educational psychologists, teachers and those in the first aid industry. "The classes have provided the children of Houston Primary School with skills that they not only use throughout their childhood, but later in life too.”
